It is critical to hold nonprofits accountable. It is important to develop effective codes of conduct and compliance programs, promote effective financial management, and institutionalize an ethical culture, in order to assure the ethical standards of the nonprofit organization. Pathways to Cross-Cultural Understanding (PCCU) is dedicated to helping facilitate an individual’s adjustment to learning, living, and working in a new country through sharing experiences and resources that promote cross-cultural understanding. Eventually PCCU want to create a harmonious society so that all kinds of people can be confident and happy living in North America. In order to fulfill this mission and vision, it is necessary to create a culture at PCCU that can guide employee behavior. Organizational culture is a vital and indispensable part of developing PCCU, and it is important for PCCU have a set of core values, beliefs, and behavioral guides. stakeholders such as clients and consumers.
